Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and select the image you prefer by clicking the Add to Order button. To check what you have put into your basket, click on the Shopping Cart button on the left of the screen. When you have finished browsing our store, click the Checkout button and fill in the Order Form shown, and select Submit.  After receiving your submission, our staff will process your order within 1 business day. All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via fax, phone, or over the Internet.

All our credit card orders are processed by NatWest Streamline in the UK.

Shipping And Handling
We deliver to UK ADDRESSES ONLY. All completed orders will include delivery charges. These are calculated by the total weight of the goods ordered.

Delivery Schedule
We normally process your order right away. If in stock your order will normally arrive under 1 business days. If on backorder, under 5 business days. We use Initial Citylink, Royal Mail Special Delivery, OCS and TNT Couriers. Due to the majority of the goods we send out (as paper) minimum delivery charges starts from £3.65.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added for products. All courier deliveries made by Paperandinks.com will include a 17.5% VAT charge.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit strength encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.  All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee (UK only) provided the product is in good condition.  However please bear in mind we cannot take back ink cartridges, blank CDs or paper or storage media that has been part used.  If a customer of Paperandinks.com is dissatisfied with a good that we sell on our website or wishes to cancel an order - provided it is within seven working days (Mondays to Fridays) of the customer having received the order - we will offer remittance (credit) for all goods concerned, minus the cost of original delivery. Please note that we cannot pay for the delivery of goods being returned to us after the initial order by the customer. We will only accept remittance terms on those goods sent for return if their delivery costs have been prior paid for by the customer. (Please see Remittance Terms for more details)

Paperandinks.com does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Remittance Terms and Returns
Provided the customer has to our discretion, fulfilled the requirements of our Guarantee Policy, we will refund the customer the full value of the goods in question (excluding hardware), minus the cost of delivery at the time of order. This only applies to products that have not been opened or used.  Please bear in mind that we cannot accept inks, blank CDs, storage or paper media for returns that have been part used. Hardware equipment that is cancelled on order may be subject to a restocking fee.
